1. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Email us at lisa@mybeginning.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We will assess the situation and guide you through the next steps

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging where possible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Digital downloads
  • Any product that has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


4. Exchange Requests

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.


5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If incorrect delivery details are provided, My Beginning cannot be held responsible for lost packages or additional reshipping fees.
